One of the major social plagues of the homeless community is substance abuse. GOD’S HOUSE has implemented an extensive drug assessment program just test for illegal drugs, we also test for the drugs designed to block the detection of illegal drugs. Counseling sessions are available to help those that are in need learn how to cope with drug cravings. " In our commitment to empower individuals, we extend an invitation to all clients who have not yet obtained a high school diploma to complete a course. We strongly encourage them to enroll in our GED course, which serves as a transformative pathway toward enhanced employment prospects and an elevated quality of life.”
“At GOD’S HOUSE Rehabilitation Center, we promote entrepreneurship as a means to enhance independence and foster economic growth within the community. Our dedicated counselors assist clients in developing comprehensive business plans, completing necessary legal documentation, and securing funding (if eligible) to launch their own businesses. Additionally, we offer on-site computer classes led by certified instructors, covering both basic and advanced computer skills. Vocational and technical training opportunities are also available through local institutions.
One of the major goals of GOD’S HOUSE system is to train and assist those in need with sustainable employment to become productive, self-dependent members of our community. We conduct mock interviews for job-seeking clients that instruct them in proper etiquette, attire, and attitude to seek and secure the jobs they desire and qualify for. We help find the jobs that each individual is qualified for and schedule the interviews. Many of the jobs are pre-screened for immediate employment to those coming out of our training programs.

Our program is committed to providing comprehensive parenting classes that focus on developing essential skills for creating a stable and loving family atmosphere. Upon the successful completion of phase 1 and the parenting classes, GOD’S HOUSE will meticulously draft a persuasive letter of recommendation to the courts, with the sincere hope of reuniting separated families.”
“Maintaining a clean environment plays a crucial role in fostering community pride. At GOD’S HOUSE, we are dedicated to giving back to our community.
